Philodendron Tenue

Philodendron Tenue is a very rare, large-leaf variety of climbing philodendron, with beautiful rippled leaves that can reach 1 m in length and 30 cm in diameter. It is a moderately fast-growing plant that produces several branches while climbing.

With its hastate and elongated foliage having a rippled effect down the leaf, Philodendrum Tenue is truly exquisite. And quite demanding as well, might we add: he loves high humidity and air circulation, and moderate light.

So when you “adopt” him, keep in mind that the dynamics around the house might change a bit: it’s not you who makes the rules anymore, but this gorgeous, unusual plant and the “care instruction” list that he’ll bring along.
